Kdocs is Coming Soon with no public release date. These are intended safety rules, not an available signing workflow.
Versions stay explicit
Editing a document will create or advance a stored version instead of rewriting the buyer history. The sender will review the current version and document hash before activating a share.
Private buyer links
- A buyer link will be unguessable and tied to one document.
- The link will work only while the share is active.
- Revoking a share will stop future access without deleting the workspace's audit history.
- A room will share a specific document version so later edits cannot quietly change what that buyer received.
Signatures and exports
A typed signature will be accepted only for the active, unchanged document. Export and download actions will remain limited to permitted Workspace users and disabled during support viewing.
The hash, versions, opens, and signature events are evidence of the product workflow. They do not replace legal advice or your own document policy.
