Trace one conversation

  1. Targeting briefOffer + audience

    A focused cybersecurity service

Fictional offer: help professional-service firms prepare for a customer security review. Buyer: an operations leader with a confirmed security-review need.

    • Include: agreed company sizes and buyer roles
    • Exclude: current customers and suppressed contacts
    • Customer approves the market and qualification rules
  2. Approved sequenceKampaigns

Review the message before the motion starts

Example email: “Are customer security reviews becoming a bigger part of your operations work? We help service firms prepare the evidence their customers ask for.”

    • Introduction → wait → relevant follow-up
    • A reply stops this prospect’s automated sequence
    • Sending follows account checks, working windows, and pacing
  3. Human reply + qualificationKonvos

An interested reply still needs a conversation

Fictional reply: “We have a customer review coming up. What does your assessment cover?” The human Konnector clarifies the need, buyer role, and timing using approved guidance.

    • Conversation stays attached to its Kontact
    • Human owner: Konnector in this managed example
    • Interest recorded; no qualified meeting counted yet
  4. Handoff + meeting outcomeOutkomes

The sales team receives the context

Example handoff: operations buyer, customer security review due, assessment scope discussed, next action owned by your sales team. A booked meeting starts as Booked.

    • Record whether the meeting was held
    • Apply the qualification rules agreed before launch
    • Only a held, qualified meeting counts as a Klose

Provider acceptance records a send. Delivery needs separate evidence. Missing delivery evidence stays unconfirmed, rather than being reported as zero or successful delivery.

Sent counts messages; Contacted and Replied count distinct people. This small example does not show reply or meeting conversion rates.

A qualified meeting is a meeting that took place and matched the customer profile and qualification rules agreed before launch. A booking alone is not a qualified meeting.

Example next action: review the second reply, keep its owner clear, and refine the approved targeting.

Available for approved Done for You clients after account eligibility and launch checks. Your package determines who builds campaigns and handles replies. This sample illustrates the workflow; reporting cadence follows your agreed scope.

Built for B2B service companies with a proven offer, a clear buyer, and contracts worth $5,000 or more.

Fit before volume

A clear market and a real closing motion come first.

Good fit

  • Proven B2B service offer
  • Average initial contract value of $5,000+
  • Clearly defined industry and buyer title
  • At least 500 plausible target companies, preferably 1,000+
  • Existing customer proof or demonstrated sales
  • No consistent internal outbound team
  • Capacity to take and close qualified meetings
  • Eligible LinkedIn account and mailbox

Not a fit

  • Still deciding what to sell
  • No customers or proof
  • Low-ticket product or B2C offer
  • Everyone is the target
  • Unrealistic guarantees are expected
  • No meeting or closing capacity
  • Unsafe outreach volume is requested

Done for You FAQ

Know the rules before you apply.

What do you manage?

Pursuit covers approved LinkedIn and email campaigns, reply handling, qualification, and outcome reporting. Command is a separately scoped B2B motion that adds coordinated human cold calling. Both are available only for approved Done for You clients after account eligibility and launch checks.

What happens during The Ramp?

For standard Pursuit, months one and two cover setup, launch, learning, and refinement, with no qualified-meeting fees during The Ramp. Command follows the terms in its accepted written scope.

Can I approve the market and messages?

Yes. Targeting, exclusions, copy, qualification rules, and reply guidance are approved before production outreach begins.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A qualified meeting is a meeting that took place and matched the customer profile and qualification rules agreed before launch. A booking alone is not a qualified meeting.

Does an application start outreach or payment?

No. An application is a fit request only. Agreement, payment, Konnections, approvals, and delivery checks are required before launch.

Why is there a three-month minimum?

Pursuit's first two months establish and refine the motion. The third month lets the approved process operate after those learnings without creating a long agency lock-in. Command terms are agreed separately in writing.

Ready to see whether Pursuit or Command fits?

Bring your offer, buyer, and deal value. We will assess the motion before recommending a paid package.
