Deal rooms and payment links

Where: Deal rooms & payment links

Rooms and payment links attach to an authorized open deal. Customer rooms also require the current Kdocs Pro entitlement and rollout flag.

Build a buyer room#

1. Choose an open deal and create the room.
2. Invite only the intended buyer members.
3. Add the action plan, messages, and selected Kdocs document version.
4. Review every active member and shared item before giving the buyer access.
5. Revoke a member or shared item when access should end.

Payment links#

Create a payment link from the same deal surface and review its amount, description, and state. Payment-provider checkout is not available yet, and no card is charged. A real hosted payment link remains unavailable until the payment provider passes activation and reconciliation testing.
