Kdocs: Coming Soon create, share, and sign workflow

When it launches, Kdocs will keep the document, buyer link, signature, and audit history together with the deal.

Create a document#

1. Choose a document type or starting template.
2. Choose an authorized deal, add the document details, and review every section.
3. Save the first draft, review suggested changes, and preserve each accepted revision as a new version.
4. When the document is ready, activate one private link and share it with the intended buyer.

What the buyer will see#

The buyer will open an unguessable link. The workspace will record the first open and accept a typed signature only while the document is active and unchanged.

Access and safety#

The Coming Soon access model keeps workspace documents tenant-scoped. A teammate will see only documents for a customer assigned to their paid Seat. Support viewing is read only, so it cannot create, change, send, revoke, sign, or export a document.
