Create, share, and sign with Kdocs

Last verified 2026-07-14

Kdocs keeps the document, buyer link, signature, and audit history together with the deal.

Create a document

  1. Open Kdocs and choose a document type or starting template.
  2. Choose an authorized deal, add the document details, and review every section.
  3. Save the first draft. You can then run the clearly labeled mock review and save its suggestions as a new version.
  4. When the document is ready, activate its private link, copy it, and share it with the intended buyer.

What the buyer sees

The buyer opens an unguessable link. The workspace records the first open and accepts a typed signature only while the document is active and unchanged.

Access and safety

Admins can see workspace documents. A teammate sees only documents for an assigned client seat. Support viewing is read only, so it cannot create, change, send, revoke, sign, or export a document.

A document hash and append-only events help show what was shared and when. They are an audit aid, not legal advice.
