The CRM is included on every plan, the free one included. Contacts, companies, and deals all follow the same clean-data rules as the rest of Klosent.
- Contacts: people, with their full activity history.
- Companies: the organizations those people belong to.
- Deals: a pipeline board with editable stages; drag a deal as it moves.
Enrichment: available with an approved provider
Approved Workspaces will be able to add business reachability data after a supported provider is connected. No lookup runs or consumes credits before provider availability and Workspace approval.
CSV imports use the same validation rules as the rest of the CRM. Junk rows are reported, not stored.
