Human cold callers and acquisitions specialists. Turn seller conversations into opportunities your team can work, without building the whole operation yourself.

Targets, not past results or guarantees. Client-approved qualification, market, and caller hours define the scope. Actual closing depends on seller terms, legal requirements, and provider readiness.

01
Agree the rules
Market, buy box, data authority, seller criteria, calling hours, and decision limits. Nothing launches just because you booked a call.
02
Start seller conversations
Human callers work the approved list and script, qualify interest, and record dispositions and useful callback context.
03
Work the opportunity
With acquisitions in scope, a specialist follows up, negotiates within your authority, and coordinates the next step toward closing.
What makes a seller lead qualified? Your approved criteria: property relationship, openness to selling, timing, condition, motivation, and price expectations. A qualified lead is not a promised appointment, contract, or closed deal.
Built around your market
Custom monthly scope
Choose calling, acquisitions, or both. We agree the roles, market, caller hours, data, qualification rules, and follow-up depth before activation, not a one-size-fits-all software price.
Data authority, consent requirements, suppression and opt-out controls, caller identity, calling windows, recording configuration, and provider accounts are reviewed before launch. No blanket availability or recording promise for every market.
Before we talk
Straight answers.
Who is Klosent Real Estate for?
Investors, wholesalers, and acquisition teams that want human seller calling, acquisitions support, or both. Agent use cases are reviewed separately. This is a custom-scoped real-estate service, separate from Command's B2B outbound scope.
Are the daily lead and monthly deal numbers guaranteed?
No. Two qualified seller leads per working day per cold caller and one to two closed deals per month per acquisitions specialist are operating targets, not past results or guarantees. Client-approved qualification, market, and caller hours determine the calling scope. Actual closing depends on seller terms, legal requirements, and provider readiness, as well as data quality, contactability, seller intent, and the offer. Klosent does not guarantee contacts, leads, appointments, contracts, or revenue.
What does an acquisitions specialist actually do?
The approved scope can include seller follow-up, negotiation, next-step coordination, and deal progression within your approved authority. It is not just a lead handoff. You retain final offer, contract, and funding decisions; no specialist commits you to a transaction without your approval.
Do I supply the property-owner list?
Today, client-approved CSV intake is the working path. Optional list sourcing or skip tracing is managed provider work, not an automatic native software feature. The source, provider, volume, permitted use, and pass-through cost require approval; no accuracy level is guaranteed.
How do you qualify seller interest?
Your team approves the criteria: property relationship, openness to selling, timing, condition, motivation, price expectations, and voluntarily provided callback details. A qualified lead is a seller conversation that meets those criteria, not a promised appointment, signed contract, or closed deal.
Are calls recorded?
Only when recording is enabled and approved for the campaign and jurisdiction. Recording is not promised for every call or market, and consent requirements must be reviewed before launch.
Can you call every state or market?
No blanket availability is promised. Eligibility depends on the market, data, calling rules, consent requirements, suppression and opt-out controls, account readiness, and jurisdiction. Launch approval is separate from booking a fit call.
Can Klosent help grow cash-buyer and private-lender lists?
Yes, as a separately approved add-on with its own audience, data source, copy, channel, suppression, and operating scope. Cash-buyer and private-lender growth is not automatically included in seller calling or acquisitions.
What must be ready before calling begins?
The market, data authority, suppression and opt-out process, caller identity, calling windows, script, qualification criteria, recording configuration, handoff and follow-up responsibilities, provider accounts, and launch checks must be approved for the agreed campaign.
What is included in pricing?
A custom written scope covers the chosen roles, markets, caller hours, list volume, qualification rules, and acquisitions depth. Dialer access, phone numbers, list sourcing, skip tracing, and approved third-party costs are disclosed before activation. There is no fixed software-plan price for this service.
