LinkedIn actions#

• Visit LinkedIn profile: Visit the prospect's LinkedIn profile from the selected LinkedIn account.
• Follow LinkedIn profile: Follow the enrolled prospect's LinkedIn profile from the selected LinkedIn account. Availability depends on the matching channel capability, an eligible Workspace, and approved setup; the builder blocks the action when any requirement is missing.
• React to LinkedIn post: React to the prospect's latest one, two, or three eligible LinkedIn posts.
• Connect request: Send a LinkedIn connection request to the enrolled prospect.
• Withdraw connection request: Withdraw a still-pending LinkedIn connection request sent to the enrolled prospect.
• Message: Send a LinkedIn message to the enrolled prospect through an eligible existing chat on the selected LinkedIn Connection.
• Open message: Start a LinkedIn message where the connected account is allowed to contact the prospect without an existing chat.
• Voice note: Send one reviewed voice-note asset where the selected LinkedIn Connection supports that action.
• Comment on LinkedIn post: Post manually reviewed comment text on one selected recent prospect post.
• React to latest prospect comment: React to the enrolled prospect's latest eligible LinkedIn post comment.
• Reply to latest prospect comment: Post manually reviewed reply text under the prospect's latest eligible LinkedIn comment.
• Repost or quote LinkedIn post: Publicly repost or quote one selected recent prospect post after explicit confirmation.
• Endorse LinkedIn skill: Endorse the prospect's top eligible skill or one exact named skill.

Email action#

• Email: Prepare an email to the enrolled prospect from the selected Seat's connected mailbox.

System actions#

• Send webhook: Send the bounded Klosent campaign event payload to an authorized HTTPS endpoint.
• Add label: Add one named agency label to the enrolled contact, creating the label on first use.
• Remove label: Remove one existing agency label from the enrolled contact inside Klosent.
• Enrich profile: Request approved contact enrichment through Klosent's enrichment provider seam when Enrichment Beta is enabled. Availability depends on the matching channel capability, an eligible Workspace, and approved setup; the builder blocks the action when any requirement is missing.

Why some older LinkedIn steps are unavailable#

• Legacy unspecified action: This older step does not name a specific action or target. Replace it with a supported step.
• Legacy event invitation: LinkedIn event invitations are not available in Kampaigns.
• Invite to follow company: Inviting prospects to follow a company page is not available in Kampaigns.
