The sequence builder: actions, conditions, delays
Last verified 2026-07-23
A Klosent sequence is a flowchart. Each prospect walks it at their own pace, and conditions send different prospects down different paths. Connected people get a message, while everyone else gets warmed up first.
Three kinds of step
- Action: something happens, such as sending a connection request, sending a message, enriching a contact, or applying a label.
- Condition: a yes/no question about this prospect. Are they already connected? Do we have their email? Each answer has its own path.
- Delay: wait a set time before the next step.
Conditions that watch and wait
Some conditions monitor for a window instead of checking once. "Accepted within N days" holds the prospect while it watches for the connection to be accepted, then routes them down the yes or no path.
Add a step anywhere with the plus button on a branch. Every path should reach an end. The builder blocks saving a broken flow.
