Koins: what a lookup costs, and when you pay

Koins are the one currency for enrichment. When you ask Klosent to find a prospect's contact details, the lookup is priced in Koins.

The prices

  • Finding an email address costs 1 Koin.
  • Finding a mobile number costs 8 Koins.

Charged only on a hit

You pay when the lookup finds something. A search that comes back empty costs nothing — no hit, no charge. That's the whole rule.

Your plan includes a monthly Koin allowance, and you can top up with Koin packs from Settings → Billing. A lookup never starts unless your balance covers its maximum possible cost — no surprise negative balances.
