Approved Workspaces will be able to add business reachability data after a supported provider is connected. No lookup runs or consumes credits before provider availability and Workspace approval.
Enrichment is not part of the current free CRM signup promise. Klosent does not promise starting credits or public lookup rates while provider and Workspace approval are required.
What must happen first
- A supported enrichment provider must be connected.
- The Workspace must be approved for enrichment.
- The eligible action and its current usage terms must be visible before anyone can request it.
Do not buy or plan around Koins for enrichment until the provider, Workspace approval, and current usage terms are all available in the product.
