Before activation
- Review every branch, delay, message, condition, and terminal outcome in the builder.
- For each channel action, confirm its exact target, required input, and assigned Connection.
- Resolve validation messages for missing copy, unsupported actions, disconnected accounts, or unsafe limits.
- Preview the sequence and activate only when the saved revision is the one you reviewed.
Provider mode
Provider-connected Kampaign execution is not available during the current activation gate. You can build and review every step, but no real provider is contacted, no message is sent, and no provider resource or spend is created.
Failures and retries
- A duplicate click or repeated request reuses its recorded intent instead of creating a second provider action.
- A safety deferral waits for the next allowed window and keeps the Kontact's place.
- A definite rejection can show a safe retry after the cause is corrected.
- A timeout or uncertain provider result pauses for reconciliation. Do not retry an ambiguous action as if nothing happened.
- A real reply, opt-out, or stop condition ends the applicable path. A meeting is never assumed just because a branch ended.
