Why a send is deferred, not skipped

When a send can't go out safely right now, the engine defers it — the prospect keeps their place and the send fires in the next safe window. Deferral is the safety limits working, not a failure.

The reasons you'll see#

• Outside working hours — waiting for the seat's window to open.
• Account at cap — the daily or weekly ceiling is reached.
• No account available — the Kampaign has no connected seat for that channel.
• Send failed — the provider hiccuped; it retries.
