The drafting surface remains read only until an approved AI service is connected and enabled. When available, a draft lands in the composer as a starting point: you edit it and choose whether to send. Nothing goes out on its own.
Reply tags
Incoming replies can be classified as Interested, Not interested, Out of office, or Other. The tag shows on the conversation, so you triage the list instead of reading everything.
The AI sees a prospect's public professional details only: name, title, company, and LinkedIn. Emails and phone numbers never enter a prompt.
