Konvos: every conversation in one place

The Konvos conversation surface is available to permitted Workspace roles. LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp sync and sending remain unavailable until the matching Konnection and delivery setup are approved. Eligible conversations then appear in one role-scoped thread, labeled by channel. SMS and WhatsApp appear only when their Workspace features, contact data, compliance rules, and provider setup allow them.

Find a conversation#

• Use All, LinkedIn, Email, or WhatsApp to scope the visible queue by channel. The SMS and WhatsApp filters appear only when those Workspace features are enabled.
• Use Awaiting reply, Unread, Assigned, or Snoozed to focus the visible queue.
• Search the currently loaded queue by contact, company, or recent-message text.

Start or manage work#

• Use New thread when the Kontact has an email address and you have an authorized paid Seat mailbox.
• Open a thread to reply, snooze it, assign follow-up, or record a booked meeting. Optional calling controls appear only with the required access and provider readiness.
• Older history is for review. Return to the newest messages before replying or changing the thread.

Reply on the connected channel#

1. Open the conversation.
2. Pick an available reply channel. Email and LinkedIn require the matching approved Connection; SMS and WhatsApp also require their Workspace feature, usable phone data, and channel-specific compliance checks.
3. Email replies can carry a subject line. LinkedIn, SMS, and WhatsApp messages don't need one. WhatsApp free-form replies also follow the configured conversation-window policy.
4. Write and send. The reply is recorded only after the connected service accepts it and Klosent confirms the result.

The prospect panel#

Next to the thread you'll see who you're talking to: title, company, contact details, which seat they belong to, their Kampaign, and their sequence status.
