Find a conversation#

• Use the channel tabs — All, LinkedIn, Email — to scope the list.
• Filter by Replied or Unreplied to work the conversations that need you.
• Search finds people, companies, and message text.

Reply on either channel#

1. Open the conversation.
2. Pick the channel for your reply — email or LinkedIn. A channel is available when the prospect has that contact detail.
3. Email replies can carry a subject line. LinkedIn messages don't need one.
4. Write and hit Send. Your reply is recorded in the thread instantly.

The prospect panel#

Next to the thread you'll see who you're talking to: title, company, contact details, which client they belong to, their Kampaign, and their sequence status.
