A reply pauses the sequence automatically

Once the required Connection and delivery setup are approved, an inbound reply pauses the applicable sequence before another step may run.
How it works
- When a reply arrives, it's matched to the prospect by their exact email address or LinkedIn profile.
- Every active sequence for that prospect is paused immediately and marked Replied.
- The conversation appears in Konvos with a Replied badge, ready for a human.
The pause is automatic, but resuming is not. After a reply, the next move is always yours.
