How enrichment finds contact data

Enrich a contact and Klosent works through a cascade of data sources until one returns a valid answer — then stops. Higher plans search deeper in the cascade for better coverage.

Where you can enrich from#

• A contact's page — enrich on demand.
• Inside a sequence — the Enrich profile step fills missing data mid-flow, so an email step later in the flow has something to send to.

Built-in fairness#

• Found data is cached — asking again doesn't re-charge you.
• Every spend is a ledger entry you can audit.
• If an enriched email later bounces, it's marked invalid so you don't keep acting on bad data.
