How enrichment works

Available with approval. Enrichment requires an enabled Workspace and an available, authorized data source. If either requirement is missing, requests remain blocked.
When enabled for an approved Workspace, Klosent checks reusable approved results before requesting supported business reachability data through the configured provider. Coverage varies by record and provider; a lookup does not guarantee a result.
Where you can enrich from
- A contact's page, only after the approved enrichment action is enabled.
- An eligible Kampaign workflow, only when enrichment is enabled and approved.
Before any request
- No lookup runs before data-source availability and Workspace approval.
- No lookup consumes credits before data-source availability and Workspace approval.
- The current usage terms must be shown in the enabled product experience.
