Import LinkedIn prospects from a search

Where: Kampaigns → open a Kampaign → Add prospects → From a link
This direct import is available for an eligible paid Seat and does not require a separately approved recurring Lead Source. Choose the matching source and paste its exact Sales Navigator people-search URL, Classic LinkedIn people-search URL, Recruiter people-search URL, or LinkedIn post URL.
The Kampaign must have a saved sequence with a starting step, and its paid Seat must have the matching healthy LinkedIn Konnection. A Sales Navigator search needs Sales Navigator access on that exact account.
Start one bounded import
- Choose the source that matches the URL and the connected LinkedIn product.
- Paste the people-search results URL, or the LinkedIn post URL for post engagement. Group, company, and job-search URLs are not supported.
- Choose how many prospects to pull and select Start import.
- Read the final receipt. The provider may return fewer results; existing enrollments, duplicates, and suppressed Kontacts are not added twice.
If the count stays at zero
- Import running means the durable background job is still bounded and in progress. Do not repeatedly start the same search while it is pending or running.
- A failed receipt stops any further pages. Its added count remains authoritative because earlier committed pages may already have added prospects. Check that the URL is a people-search URL for the selected source and that the Seat's LinkedIn Konnection shows the matching product as healthy.
- Reconnect only when Konnections shows an error or needs attention. Reconnect the existing account instead of creating a duplicate Konnection.
- If a healthy matching account still ends in failure, keep the final receipt and contact support. The provider read must be diagnosed; an approved recurring Lead Source is not a prerequisite for this Kampaign import.
