On the managed tiers (Pursuit and Command), you pay $150 per Klose — a meeting a human marked Qualified: the prospect showed and fits your ICP. Activity is never billed; outcomes are.

What's never charged

  • No-shows and disqualified meetings — not Kloses, not billed.
  • Every meeting during your Ramp — the first stretch while the engine dials in is free.
  • Anything on self-serve plans — per-Klose billing exists only on managed tiers.
Qualification is marked by a human and every charge traces to a specific meeting — you can audit every Klose you're billed for.
