The Klose lifecycle: Booked to Qualified

Last verified 2026-07-01

A Klose is a booked, qualified meeting with someone who fits your ICP. We book the meeting; you close the deal. Because the Klose is the unit that matters, every meeting carries a clear status.

The statuses

  • Booked — the meeting is on the calendar. Every meeting starts here.
  • Confirmed — the prospect has confirmed they're coming.
  • Showed — the meeting happened.
  • Qualified — the prospect showed and fits your ICP. This is the Klose.
  • No-show — the prospect didn't turn up.
  • Disqualified — the meeting happened but the prospect isn't a fit.

The natural path

Booked → Confirmed → Showed → Qualified. A human marks each move — qualification is a judgment call, never automatic. You can set any status directly if a meeting skips a step.

On managed plans, billing counts only Qualified meetings — a no-show or a bad fit never costs you anything.
