The Klose lifecycle: Booked to Qualified

A Klose is a meeting whose recorded status is qualified. Booked, confirmed, and held are real meeting states, but they are not Kloses. We book the meeting; you close the deal.
The statuses
- Booked: the meeting is on the calendar. Every meeting starts here.
- Confirmed: the prospect has confirmed they're coming.
- Held: the meeting happened.
- Qualified: the real qualification decision has been recorded. This status is the Klose.
- No-show: the prospect didn't turn up.
- Disqualified: the meeting happened but the prospect isn't a fit.
The natural path
Booked → Confirmed → Held → Qualified. A human marks each move because qualification is a judgment call, never automatic. You can set any status directly if a meeting skips a step.
A qualified meeting is a meeting that took place and matched the customer profile and qualification rules agreed before launch. A booking alone is not a qualified meeting.
On Pursuit and Command, billing counts only qualified meetings after The Ramp. A no-show or a bad fit never creates a qualified-meeting fee.
