The Ramp and qualified-meeting fees

Standard Pursuit has a three-month minimum commitment and a $0 setup fee. Standardized Stripe Checkout records the selected package, billing term, paid Sending Seat quantity, price, and published terms. Command is consultation-only; its price, commitment, calling coverage, variable fees, scope, and dates are recorded in a separately accepted written service summary.

Months one and two: The Ramp#

During the first two months of standard Pursuit, you pay only the plan's monthly base. Qualified meetings are still recorded, but the qualified-meeting fee is $0 during The Ramp. Command follows its accepted written terms.

Month three onward#

Beginning in month three of standard Pursuit, the fee is $100 for each held, ICP-qualified meeting, in addition to the monthly base. Command follows its accepted written terms.

What qualifies#

A qualified meeting is a meeting that took place and matched the customer profile and qualification rules agreed before launch. A booking alone is not a qualified meeting.

• A no-show does not qualify.
• An out-of-scope or disqualified meeting does not qualify.
• A duplicate meeting is not billed twice.
• The accepted commercial terms control the final qualification and dispute rules.
