Command pricing, calling coverage, commitment, and approved third-party costs are stated before activation. It is not available through anonymous Checkout. Available for approved Done for You clients after account eligibility and launch checks. Outreach starts only after account eligibility, Konnections, campaign approval, payment confirmation, and delivery checks are complete. Approved delivery setup is part of those checks. The separate Dialer is a provider-ready private pilot that stays dark until Twilio, an active add-on, a scoped flag, and a reviewed canary are in place.
