How replies are handled in Konvos

Once the required Connections and delivery setup are approved, Konvos keeps eligible LinkedIn and email conversations together. On Pursuit and Command, a Konnector uses that shared context to work the agreed replies.

From reply to next step#

1. A real reply appears in the authorized Konvos thread and pauses the applicable sequence.
2. The Konnector reads the conversation, customer profile, and current Kampaign context.
3. The reply is handled on the appropriate connected channel, or handed to the customer when their expertise is needed.
4. Interest and fit are qualified by a human. A booking alone is not treated as a qualified meeting.
5. The conversation and resulting meeting stay attached to the same Kontact and Outkome history.
