Import your first contacts from CSV

Where: Kontacts → Import

1. Prepare a CSV with columns like first name, last name, title, company, email, LinkedIn URL.
2. Upload it on the Kontacts page and pick which seat the contacts belong to.
3. Review the result: valid rows import, invalid rows are listed with the reason.

Duplicates handle themselves#

Each contact gets a fingerprint from their email or LinkedIn profile. Importing the same person twice, even across files, keeps one record, never two.
