Dialer software is Coming Soon because its carrier connection is not available yet. Command's human cold-calling service is a separate service.
The planned call workflow
- A workspace admin will add an active number and choose the recording-consent posture.
- The caller will choose one authorized contact with a phone number, then start the call.
- The caller will record connected, voicemail, or no answer after the provider result appears.
- The workspace will keep call history and Koin evidence. A clearly failed call can be retried with a new safe request.
Permissions and charges
Workspace admins will manage numbers and consent. Teammates will use only their authorized contacts. Support viewing will remain read only. Koins will settle only after a successful result.
