Team outcomes, coaching, and commissions

Where: Team

When the Team feature is enabled, authorized managers see a leaderboard ranked by revenue, then Kloses, then meetings. Raw activity volume does not decide the rank.

1. Choose the date window.
2. Compare the workspace totals with Outkomes; both use the same authorized outcome source.
3. Open a teammate to review their outcome detail and coach from the evidence.
4. Use a wider date window when the current period has no outcomes.

Commission evidence#

Each Seat sees its own earned and projected entries for a month. An authorized manager can review team totals, approve the period, and export the same payable rows shown on screen. Reversed entries stay visible but are not payable.
