Use history as the source of truth
- Queued or processing: wait for that item to finish instead of starting the same brief again.
- Succeeded: open the private result, download it, or reuse its brief.
- Refused: change the unsafe part of the brief before trying again.
- Failed: read the reason and use the offered retry path.
- Manual review: stop and wait for reconciliation. Do not treat it as success or failure.
Privacy and scope
History and downloads stay inside the permitted Workspace. Do not put private contact data, credentials, or buyer payment details in a creative brief. Support viewing cannot generate, retry, or download an asset.
