Build and approve Workspace Strategy

What Workspace Strategy controls#

Strategy is the Workspace-owned source for company positioning, offers, audiences, paid Sending Identities, approved proof, exclusions, and reply rules. Each saved version keeps its own revision history.

Complete all six stages#

1. Foundation: add the company summary, website, goals, and writing voice.
2. Offers: define the problem, outcome, CTA, and any useful price context for each offer.
3. Audiences: create Target Profiles, then add the Economic Buyer, Champion, End User, or Gatekeeper personas that belong to each profile.
4. Identity & proof: bind every sender to the exact active paid Sending Seat, add approved claims, and upload private assets when needed.
5. Playbooks: record exclusions, prohibited claims, qualification rules, and reply rules.
6. Review: confirm the Strategy, submit it for review, then approve it or request changes.

Submit, review, and approve#

Draft and changes-requested versions can be edited. A submitted version waits for an authorized reviewer. Approval locks that version so Kampaigns can cite a stable Strategy instead of changing underneath active work.

When the business direction changes, start the next Strategy version. The approved history remains intact while the new draft is reviewed.

Keep proof and files private#

Private files are delivered only through an authorized download. Generation can receive only the reviewed summary, and only when its selected permission allows Campaign Context use or Kampaign mention.

Authorized users can export the Strategy as JSON or PDF. Read-only support impersonation cannot edit, approve, or export it.

Use Strategy in a Kampaign#

Campaign Context is the first Kampaign Builder stage. Choose one Target Profile and persona, one offer and CTA, the exact paid sender, approved proof and signals, and the required playbooks. Review filtering and mention permissions separately, then freeze the Context.

A frozen Context is immutable. Later Strategy updates do not rewrite it. Start a new Context deliberately when a Kampaign should use the current approved Strategy.
