Build and approve Kompass when you need it

What Kompass controls#

The Workspace Business Brief is shared across every Sending Seat, so company positioning, offers, proof, audiences, exclusions, and reply rules are maintained once. Each active paid Sending Seat has its own append-only Sender Brief for the person's professional context, voice, calendar, and optional personal soft assets.

Add what you know; skip what you do not#

Optional questions can be left blank. More accurate, approved detail gives the Wizard better material, but Klosent never invents an answer for an empty field.

1. Foundation: add the company summary, website, goals, and writing voice.
2. Offers: define the problem, outcome, CTA, and any useful price context for each offer.
3. Audiences: create reusable Target Profiles and personas. Structured Sales Navigator-compatible fields separate durable ICP facts, dynamic signals, and Kampaign-only workflow filters.
4. Proof and permissions: add approved claims and private assets without duplicating the active Seat's personal Sender Brief inside the Business Brief.
5. Playbooks: record exclusions, prohibited claims, qualification rules, and reply rules.
6. Review: confirm Kompass, submit it for review, then approve it or request changes.

Control personal soft assets per Sending Seat#

Each personal field starts Private. Its owner can allow AI context without mention or explicitly allow a Kampaign mention. These details are composition-only and can never be used to target or segment people. Faith remains private unless the owner deliberately changes its permission.

Submit, review, and approve#

Draft and changes-requested versions can be edited. A submitted version waits for an authorized reviewer. Approval locks that version so Kampaigns can cite a stable Kompass instead of changing underneath active work.

When the business direction changes, start the next Kompass version. The approved history remains intact while the new draft is reviewed.

Keep proof and files private#

Private files are delivered only through an authorized download. Generation can receive only the reviewed summary, and only when its selected permission allows Campaign Context use or Kampaign mention.

Authorized users can export Kompass as JSON or PDF. Read-only support impersonation cannot edit, approve, or export it.

Use Kompass in a Kampaign#

For an AI Kampaign, Campaign Context uses the active Sending Seat automatically and selects one Target Profile and persona, one offer and CTA, approved proof, allowed signals, and required playbooks. Review filtering and mention permissions separately, then freeze the Context. Manual authoring remains available without Campaign Context or Koins.

A frozen Context is immutable. Later Kompass updates do not rewrite it. Start a new Context deliberately when a Kampaign should use the current approved Kompass.
