Create a client and define your ICP

Last verified 2026-07-01

Everything in Klosent hangs off two objects: the client you're running outbound for, and their ICP — the exact profile of who they want to meet.

Where: Klients → New client

  1. Run the onboarding flow: company name, industry, what they sell, website, and their calendar link.
  2. Define the first ICP: target titles, industries, company sizes, regions, and keywords.
  3. Save. The ICP is now available to sourcing and to every Kampaign for that client.
A Klose is a qualified, ICP-fit meeting. A sloppy ICP makes qualification a guessing game — spend the ten minutes here.
