Buy a Sending Seat and invite its owner

Where: Header Sending Seat switcher → Add Seat, or Settings → Billing
- Enter the new owner's name and email. The added Seat inherits the Workspace's current paid package and billing term.
- Review the exact Seat expansion price and pay in secure Checkout. No invitation is sent before verified settlement.
- After payment is verified, Klosent binds the paid Seat and emails the invitation automatically.
- The new User accepts the invitation, enters that Seat, and connects their own mailbox and LinkedIn account in Konnections.
There is no normal Assign step. If an initial Checkout created several already-paid empty Seats, Settings → Team lets you invite an owner into each slot; acceptance binds it automatically. Manual transfer remains collapsed for exceptional replacement or recovery only.
Admins and members
- Admins can use All Seats for Workspace-wide review or enter one Sending Seat from the header.
- Members enter only the Sending Seats they own. The database authorization boundary still applies behind the interface.
Switching Sending Seats
The header switcher is the operating identity. Once you enter a Seat, Kontacts, Konnections, Kampaigns, Konvos, Kalendar, and Outkomes use that Seat automatically. Switch there when you intend to act as another Seat.
