Kontent: editing and publication readiness

The safe edit loop#

1. Review the saved draft, its version and the current action state.
2. Where scheduling is enabled, cancel an active schedule before editing its frozen version.
3. Save the revised draft and obtain the required account-owner and publication approval.
4. Use only the enabled publication flow and the correct authorized account; never bypass an access or account-health check.

Read the state before retrying#

• Scheduled means the frozen version is waiting, not that a provider has accepted it.
• Complete must be backed by the recorded success evidence for that action.
• Canceled means that calendar entry will not run.
• An unknown publication outcome must be investigated before retrying; do not create a second post that may duplicate the first.

Support viewing can inspect authorized draft and calendar state, but does not grant generation, editing, scheduling or publication permission.
