AI assistants: connected work and approvals

Last verified 2026-09-30

An assistant connection starts with the access you explicitly approve. Read access never becomes permission to send, publish, spend or change your subscription.

Connect only the Workspace you need

  1. Open AI assistants (MCP), choose your assistant and follow its connection steps.
  2. Sign in with your own Workspace account, review the Workspace and Sending Seats, then approve only the access you need.
  3. Ask for your current Kampaign status, priorities or a plan. The assistant should separate verified results from unknown outcomes.
  4. Remove the connection in AI assistants when it is no longer needed. A removed connection cannot make a new authorized read.

Prepared work still needs your review

Separately allow each kind of preparation for that connection. You can review a proposed Kontent draft, Kampaign import, empty Kampaign draft, supplied sequence, reply or follow-up for an existing Kontact in the app. Check the exact Workspace, Sending Seat and proposed effect before confirming. Preparation alone does not complete the change.

An empty Kampaign draft has no sequence or enrolled prospects and does not start sending. Later AI generation and launch use their own review and approval. A quoted paid action must show its charge before you commit; a free plan or draft is not approval to spend.

Review links expire. If a save result is uncertain, check the same review instead of making a new request. A saved receipt describes that confirmed change, not a promise that the Kampaign's current state has never changed.

A confirmed follow-up uses the Kontact's existing Konvos reminder and adds a Today task for the reviewed time. It does not schedule or send a message. Changed conversation context, removed access or an expired review requires a fresh preparation.

A supplied sequence can replace the steps of your selected inactive Kampaign draft after you review every step and confirm in Klosent. This does not select a sender, enroll prospects or launch the Kampaign. Manually supplied steps do not use image or AI-generation Koins; generated work has its own approval and pricing.

Review the exact reply before sending

If you separately enable reply preparation, the assistant can prepare the reply text you supply for an existing Email or LinkedIn conversation. The review lasts 15 minutes. Open it while signed in as yourself, check the recipient, Sending Seat, channel and exact text, then explicitly confirm one reply. The assistant cannot approve that confirmation for you.

Preparing a reply does not send it. Your final confirmation in Klosent uses the normal sending checks. An accepted result means the provider accepted that reply, not that the recipient read it. If the result is unknown, return to the same review and do not create a new request to resend it.

Know what is not available

The assistant cannot send autonomously, launch Kampaigns, purchase Koins or change a subscription. Reply sending requires your explicit native confirmation; launch and account changes use the app's normal controls. Never treat a reply drafted by the assistant as a sent message.

Platform-admin access and support viewing do not grant a client Workspace assistant connection. Connect as an eligible Workspace teammate with your own approved access. English, French or Arabic conversation does not mean every fixed app screen or Help article is translated.
